The primary goal of the 8-hour breather is to increase one’s capacity for personal adventure and performance with simple, accessible, timeless strategies.
So how do we do this?
The natural world and yoga with timeless tools for performance. The all-inclusive environment of Rule of Five supports memorable learning as well as gaining confidence in the wild. It is perfectly paired for a full-bodied approach to the human need for exploration and growth.
De-stress, become inspired, gain strength, and learn skills and attitudes such as calm under pressure, the power of mindfulness in any situation, how to press on when the goal or dream seems all too challenging to finding courage when the path seems uncertain.
This can be an intense 8 hours, as you learn what meditation is and isn’t, why it matters and how to keep it simple and applicable in our modern lives paired with how it impacts your overall performance is a lot to digest in one day.
You’re building greater capacity for optimism, energy, clarity, and peace that is proving to be so rewarding both personally and professionally to many motivated and inspired people.
Time and what we do with it is beyond important it is a gift and our choices and how we show up during the minutes of our day are deeply vital to our happiness and long-term success.
I can’t speak for you, however for me, breaking away from my life for 4 to 6 days is a tough one. Although, I do this about 2 to 3 times a year I always leave thinking "How can I bring this with me everywhere and all the time?".
The 8-Hour Breather is about being able to dip into that experience quickly and with ease without all the needed preparation time and return to your life refreshed, renewed, and ready for what crosses your path next.
The 8 hours are a moment in time where you can hit the breather button, dive deep into what it takes to build your resiliency, and also build your resiliency bank account when you don’t need it so you can show up fully when you do!
This is an opportunity to decompress from the outside world and walk-into your inner world of building skill for performance both personally and professionally.
What makes this so different from a seminar, retreat or workshop?
This is a 8 hour experience. Something you can do over the weekend, is adventuresome, and requires a night out if you choose the add-on of coming the night before.
